1. Introduction

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, with notice where reasonably practicable, where: these Terms are breached; unlawful activity is suspected; security risks arise; or continued access may harm other users or our organization.
You may stop using the Services, or close any account you hold with us, at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 34. On closure, we will handle any personal data associated with your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10, 11, 12, 27, and 28) will continue to apply.
30. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, internet or utility outages, cyberattacks, labour disputes, war, or civil unrest.
31. Governing Law
